These general terms and conditions govern your use of the Adella Real Estate website and services. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website immediately.

These General Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") are entered into by:

- You, the user (hereinafter referred to as "User," "you," or "your"), and
- Adella Real Estate, a real estate agency registered under the laws of Luxembourg inthe Business Register N. B290516 with its registered office at 2 Fassburgergronn L-3317 Bergem (hereinafter referred to as "Adella Real Estate," "we," "our," or "us").

This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Adella Real Estate website (the "Platform") and the services provided through it (the "Service").

Adella Real Estate provides the User with services including but not limited to homevaluations, property listings, real estate brokerage, and related consultations. These servicesmay involve the collection of property details and contact information. The informationcollected is used solely for the purpose of providing the requested service and for potentialfollow-up communication regarding real estate matters.

While using the Service, the User expressly warrants that they are of the age required in their country of residence to use said Service.

By accessing the Platform and using any of its tools or forms, the User agrees to complywith these terms. Users must explicitly accept the terms by ticking a checkbox after using theonline tools or contact forms.

Adella Real Estate may update these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, to reflectchanges in law, services, or other reasons. Updated versions will be uploaded to thePlatform, and continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of thenew terms.

If a User does not wish to be bound by any modifications, they shall refrain from using the Platform moving forward.

Adella Real Estate retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its intellectual property,including but not limited to the name "Adella Real Estate," trademarks, trade names, logos,text, designs, graphics, and proprietary materials.

Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works ofany portion of the Platform without prior written approval from the Director, AdanDella-Vecchia. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to:

- Use the Platform and its tools solely for their intended purposes
- Provide truthful and accurate information when using the Platform's tools orrequesting services.

Adella Real Estate reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform in caseof misuse or violations of these Terms and Conditions, though this right has not beenexercised before.

Adella Real Estate is committed to protecting personal data in compliance with GDPR.

- Data collected via the Platform’s tools, such as the home value estimation form andcontact form, is temporarily stored in a secure email system (Google Workspace)before being transferred to an internal database. All data handling is conducted inaccordance with GDPR guidelines.

For further details, refer to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

Adella Real Estate warrants that it has the authority to provide the Platform and Services asdescribed in this Agreement. The Platform is provided "as is," and Adella Real Estate does not warrant error-free operation or uninterrupted availability.

The User warrants that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement and will use thePlatform responsibly

Adella Real Estate provides general informational services only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice. Users must consider their personal circumstances and seek professional advice where necessary.

Adella Real Estate cannot be held liable for:

- Mistakes, omissions, or outcomes derived from the Platform's use.
- Indirect damages, including loss of data or profits.

Users are responsible for maintaining the necessary equipment, software, and internet connection to access the Platform.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold Adella Real Estate, its managers, affiliates, andemployees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Breach of this Agreement.
- Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights, including privacy and intellectual property.

If a claim is brought against Adella Real Estate, the company reserves the right to terminatethe User's access to the Platform.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

Adella Real Estate may assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement without priornotice.

This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the parties.

Notices to Adella Real Estate can be sent to info@adella.lu. Notices to Users will be sent tothe email address provided during service requests.
